This Code of Ethics and Conduct of the Almalyk State Technical Institute has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education,” the Concept for the Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Additional Measures to Ensure the Academic and Organizational-Managerial Independence of State Higher Education Institutions,” as well as other laws and subordinate normative legal acts. It regulates relations related to the principles and norms of professional ethics for the faculty and other staff of the higher education institution, students, master’s students, and doctoral students, as well as the main rules of conduct in the educational process and official duties.

This Code consists of 10 chapters and 35 articles and was approved by Protocol No. 1 of the meeting of the Council of the Almalyk State Technical Institute on November 6, 2025.
