“INFOLIB UZBEKISTON” is a nationwide information and library week — a large-scale project aimed at developing the country’s information and library sector, introducing innovations, and promoting reading.
The project was held for the 14th time on November 10–14 of this year at the National Library of Uzbekistan. As part of “INFOLIB UZBEKISTON,” the 5th Forum of Young Librarians also took place.
During the forum, the following issues were discussed:
• modern trends in librarianship,
• digital information technologies,
• experience exchange for young specialists,
• educational master classes and discussions.
Employees of the Information Resource Center of the Almalyk State Technical Institute actively participated in the week’s events.
