Academic mobility

Organization of academic mobility at the Almalyk State Technical Institute

I. Partner higher educational organizations:

1. Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov;
2. Navoi Mining and Technological University;
3. Tashkent Chemical-Technological Institute;

II. Academic mobility is organized for the following purposes:

– providing students with the opportunity to study in higher educational institutions where leading scientific schools have been formed;
– improving the quality of knowledge and the level of development of students;
– creating opportunities for students to study, taking into account the need to study in another region;
– familiarization with the achievements and experience of foreign and domestic education systems;
– acquisition of practical skills and abilities in the specialty;
– establishing cooperation relations of the higher educational organization;
– creating the necessary conditions for the integration of education.

III. A student wishing to carry out academic mobility in a relevant or related field, in the presence of a mutual agreement agreement with a partner higher educational organization, applies to the rector with an application (electronically at the end of the autumn and spring semester) with the attachment of the following set of information:

– student’s full name, faculty, and group;
– purpose of the trip;
– destination;
– duration of the trip (the duration of academic mobility should be at least one semester or no more than two semesters);
– sources of financing for travel expenses.
