The “El-yurt umidi” Foundation for Training Prospective Personnel under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces the Second Open Competition for scholarships for the year 2025!

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the “El-yurt umidi” Foundation, the Second Open Competition is announced for scholarships for 2025 for studying in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs at prestigious universities. Applications will be accepted through a special online platform from November 12 to November 26, 2025 (until 23:59 of the same day).
