At the initiative of PhD R.Mirzaakhmedov, head of the department of mathematics and natural sciences of the faculty of Metallurgy and chemical technologies at the Almalyk state technical institute, lectures and classes are being organized with the participation of foreign professors for the institute’s students.
In particular, throughout the academic year, Dr. Kohei Torikai, Professor at Kyushu University (Japan) — ranked 170th in the QS world university Rankings 2026 and a scholar with an h-index of 16 — delivers lectures to students of the faculty on Organic Chemistry.
